- Can I try a paid plan before committing?
- Yes. Small Business, Starter, and Pro each include a 14-day free trial. Recruiter and Agency each include 7 days. You enter a card at checkout so Stripe can convert the trial automatically if you stay, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial with one click and you pay zero. Free and Nonprofit tiers have no trial because they are genuinely free forever.
- How do I cancel or downgrade?
- One click. Open /employer/settings, click Manage Billing, Stripe's portal loads, and Cancel is right there. Downgrades work the same — pick a lower tier from the same portal. No retention calls, no 'are you sure' popups, no form to fill out. We genuinely want leaving to be easier than signing up.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What happens when I reach my posting limit?
- You'll need to close an existing posting or upgrade your plan to create new ones. Draft postings also count toward your limit.
