Blind Screening
Identity hidden until merit is established
During initial screening, employer reviewers see skills, experience years, cover letter, and location (city only). They do not see name, email, photo, school names, or employer names. Identity is revealed only when a candidate advances to interviewing.

The full algorithm is published under CC BY 4.0. Anyone can audit it. We believe transparency standards should be open.
Honest Rejections
No more ghosting. Structured feedback on every outcome.
When an employer rejects a candidate, they must select a reason. Candidates receive an honest, specific email instead of silence. This creates accountability and helps candidates improve.
Auditable Ratings
Every rating is public, anonymized, and queryable via API
Employer ratings on Kovafin aren't hidden behind paywalls or curated by the platform. They're anonymized, timestamped, and available through a public API. Companies can't delete or suppress negative reviews.

Two-Sided Auto-Match
Jobs find candidates. Candidates find jobs. Both sides ranked the same way.
Auto-match runs merit-only on both sides. No paid boosts, no sponsored slots, no promoted tiers. When a candidate and a posting both show up in each other's top results, you see a Mutual Fit badge on both sides.

Consent-Based Reveals
Employers ask. Candidates opt in. No credit meters, no resume scraping.
The old job-board model treats candidates as inventory — employers buy per-view credits to unmask anonymous profiles. Kovafin flips that. Employers send a 280-character Request Interest. The candidate gets an email + in-app notification with the match reasons. Accept and a conversation opens. Decline or ignore and no reveal ever happens.

Outbound caps live on the employer's tier (10/mo Free → 1000/mo Recruiter → unlimited Enterprise). Admin can grant extras for promos or goodwill.
60-Day Hire Guarantee
If a hire doesn't stick and the candidate confirms, you get a free month.
Other job boards bill the same whether or not a hire works out. Kovafin's interest aligns with the outcome. A window opens the day a candidate is marked HIRED. If they leave within 60 days, the employer files a report, the candidate confirms (or 14 days of silence counts as confirmation), and a one-month credit posts to the next Stripe invoice automatically.
Anti-abuse caps
- One guarantee per Application row (can't re-trigger)
- Two issued per company per rolling 12 months
- 7-day minimum HIRED status before a report can be filed
- Native Kovafin hires only — external-job sources don't trigger
- Candidate correction ⇒ admin review, no auto-issue
What the candidate sees
